Confidentiality & Data Handling Policy

At Leads to Pack, we understand that trust is the foundation of successful partnerships. As a lead generation agency, we handle sensitive business data on behalf of our clients, including proprietary information, sales data, and strategic insights. This Confidentiality & Data Handling Policy outlines how we protect, manage, and handle our clients’ confidential business information.

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all business-sensitive or confidential data shared with Leads to Pack by prospective, current, or former clients. It covers information provided during consultations, campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing communications.

Confidential business data may include, but is not limited to:
* Customer lists and prospect databases
* Sales performance metrics
* Marketing and outreach strategies
* Pricing models and financial data
* Internal processes and operational strategies

This policy does not replace our Privacy Policy, which governs the handling of personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, and phone numbers.

2. How We Handle Confidential Information
Limited Access – Only authorised team members directly involved in your campaign will have access to your business-sensitive data.
Secure Storage – All confidential data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems.
Non-Disclosure Commitment – We will not disclose your confidential business data to third parties without explicit permission, except where required by law.
Controlled Sharing – Any shared reports or insights will be anonymised or aggregated where possible to protect sensitive details.
Data Minimisation – We only collect and retain business data that is necessary for the agreed-upon lead generation services.

3. Client Ownership of Data
All customer and lead data generated through our efforts remains your property. If our partnership ends, you will retain full access to your leads and any associated insights. Upon request, we will securely transfer your data and remove it from our active systems.

4. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
To deliver our services effectively, we may use third-party platforms such as Apollo.io, Smartlead.ai, Pipedrive CRM, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We carefully vet all third-party providers and ensure they meet strict security and compliance standards. However, we encourage clients to review the privacy policies of any third-party tools used in their campaigns.

5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain client business data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of our services.
Upon termination of services, clients may request immediate deletion of all confidential data.
Backups are securely deleted within 30 days unless legal or regulatory obligations require longer retention.

6. Commitment to Security
We take proactive steps to safeguard your business-sensitive data:
Encryption – All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Access Controls – Restricted access is enforced via role-based permissions.
Regular Audits – We conduct periodic security and compliance audits.

7. Exceptions & Legal Compliance
Leads to Pack may disclose confidential business data only if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. In such cases, we will notify the client where legally permissible.

8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email and published on our website. We encourage clients to review this document regularly.
